Step 4: Enter the "server name". If you're a plus/premium member you could choose your desired location (i.e. nl.hide.me) here. If you're a free member please use free-nl.hide.me or free-ca.hide.me. Afterwards enter your username and password and click on "Save".
Step 5: Windows mobile automatically establishes a VPN connection, if the connection has been established successfully it should look like this.
