Microsoft has announced the Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL during the 2015 MWC. Both smartphones are scheduled to go on sale next April, bringing 400 1.2 GHz Snapdragon chipset and 1GB RAM. However, a recent news from China have revealed the presence of a variant Lumia 640 specifications XL better again.
